Love
1. Did you realise there are so many different types of LOVE
romeo and juliet are the classical pair and lmage of love. wikipedia says love is a stronger form of 'like'. dictionary.com says it is 'a profoundly tender, passionate affection for another person'.
No i did not realise there were so many different types of love. such as: 1. Affection 2. Sexual Love 3. Platonic Love 4. Romantic Love 5. Puppy Love 6. Friendship 7. Committed Love 8. Infatuation 9. Passionate Love
Even though there are the 9 types that are listed many of the meanings for each overlap into each other and we start to steriotype them as just the one thing.
i think that the most Controversial love is romantic. it is the love you dream of, but never get. if anyone has got had this love please post about it... as i think it is all in your mind.
All of the different forms of love are different. Loving your family is different to loving your friends. Loving your girlfriend/boyfriend is different to loving the food you just ate. I think loving your family is the most important
We often mistake 'love' for being all about romance and the whole 'butterlflies in your stomach' and the 'head over heels' feeling. But there are other loves like the security love that sums up the type of nurturing and caring for another person. Like the love between a parent and their child, or between friends.
Love is any of a number of emotions related to a sense of strong affection and attachment. The word love can refer to a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes, ranging from generic pleasure ("I loved that meal") to intense interpersonal attraction ("I love my wife").
I think there are 4 main types of love, which are: SECURITY LOVE: This love is the love that everybody needs to survive. It is that feeling of being cared for and nurtured.
FRIENDSHIP LOVE: This is a love between yourself and someone that is totally honest, open and comfortable.
ROMANTIC LOVE: It is when you see that person for the first time and he/she makes your knees go weak or gives you butterflies in your stomach.
UNCONDITIONAL LOVE: This is the sincere love, the love that lasts forever. This kind of love comes when you have found the person you are destined to be with.
I knew there was different types but not that many. Love can be different such as love for your friends and family and then love for your girlfriend or boyfriend. i also knew there were different levels of love. but again not that many o.O
